FOR THE LOVE OF YORÙBÁ is a cultural lifestyle platform and community. We create events, workshops, and content where practising Yorùbá language and culture feels natural, fun, and alive.

2. What This Covers

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use our website, attend our events, and interact with our community. By using our site, buying a ticket, or engaging with FOR THE LOVE OF YORÙBÁ, you’re agreeing to these Terms.

3. Respecting Our Community

We’re all here to connect, learn, and celebrate Yorùbá culture. That means:

  • Respect one another ,no harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behaviour.

  • Protect privacy, don’t share other people’s personal info without consent.

  • Be open to learning, mistakes are part of practice but kindness is non-negotiable.

4. Events & Tickets

  • Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before an event. After this point, tickets are non-refundable unless in emergency situations. 

  • You may transfer your ticket to someone else (just let us know in advance).

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if behaviour goes against our community values.

  • At events, we may film/photograph for promotion. By attending, you consent to being included unless you opt out by emailing us in advance.

  • All large-scale events are risk assessed, and professional security is present to help maintain a safe environment.

5. Website Use

  • Content on our site (text, designs, images, videos, text ) belongs to FOR THE LOVE OF YORÙBÁ unless stated otherwise. Please don’t copy, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

  • You can share links or snippets for personal/non-commercial use, crediting FOR THE LOVE OF YORÙBÁ is always appreciated.

  • Don’t misuse the site (hacking, spamming, unlawful activity).

6. Purchases & Payments

  • Payments for tickets, products or services are processed securely via third-party providers.

  • We don’t store your payment details.

  • Prices may change and will be visible at check out.

7. Liability & Responsibility

  • We always aim to provide safe, enjoyable experiences. Events are risk assessed and security is provided at large-scale gatherings.

  • However, FOR THE LOVE OF YORÙBÁ is not liable for personal loss, injury, or damage at events.

  • Please take care of your belongings and wellbeing while attending.
